Once there was a family in Baranasi. the head of the family was a rickshaw puller. he had his wife and three children two elder girls and a youngest son. An incident happened when the boy was of 12 yrs old. He went to a friend's house while playing . his friend's father scold him , thrown him out from their house and shouted loudly "how dare you can come to my house, belong to such a family ?" the boy went from there and asked a elder person that why his friends father told like that. that person told "since your family background is poor and your friend's father is rich person , so he said like that". then this 12 yrs boy asked "how my family background can be change ?". that person told dt he had two option . either his father can change his proffession or he should get the top most job. the boy choose the second option . he did not know anything but a single sentence dt ias officer is the top most job in India. the boy decided to become an IAS officer from that day .
From the childhood he was fighting to achieve his goal. Since they had to live in a single room, so all the works like reading, cooking , washing etc were done in that single room . for this the environment was not proper. Besides 14 hours power looms, factory machines and generators create noise which was unbearable. In that adverse situation also he focussed on his study continously. He interacted with people very less but he devoted his time to read books. He knew that he can not change his circumtances so he made a study plan and studied the subjects according to the plan. During day time he practiced maths since one can do maths in noisy situation also. As the sounds go dimmer he started to study the subjects which required more concentration. People of society also taunt him and his family very much because they were poor. In that moment also he realized he had two option . either he can argue or he can change their life . He and his family bear all those situation , They kept silent and the boy tried hard much more. While studying in class 11 he used to take tution and earn 1000 rupees per month. By that way he paid his school fees and bought books . To give admission in IAS coaching his father sold their only piece of land. while in Delhi he did not have money needed for his living and study. In delhi he did a maths tution from which he earned 1500 rupees . He studied 18-20 hours regularly . There are many days when he skip food since he cant pay for it. But with hungry stomach also he continue his struggle. He used to re-read and internalise the respective subjects. Problems were there but his focus was always in goal not in problems. In fact problems made him more and more stronger than earlier. He never got hurt due to his situations. Instead he wins every situation. In each and every situation he just remembered about his goal. He gave thanks to his financial crisiis which made him more stronger. In 2005 he appeared for IAS Exam. In 2006 he got result . He hold a 48th rank in IAS exam in his first attempt at the age of 23 years. Now he is a IAS officer and this child is none other than Govind Jaiswal.
He showed that if anyone has a strong desire than he can beat in any situation. Success does not come in a single day. Only the result of success come in a single day. Today we know about Govind Jaiswal. But for this today he struggled long years. He himself told that in every situation only one sentence strikes his mind that he have to study more . Fianlly he studied more and more and cleared Civil Service Exam. We know that civil service exam is tougher. His economic background also create tough situation . But his struggle and passion of reading beat all these. Problems built him not broke him.
